Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Myleaddone LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), operating under the brand name MyLeadDone. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing the platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using our services on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

MyLeadDone provides the following services for Cash on Delivery (COD) e-commerce vendors operating in Morocco:

  • Professional order confirmation via phone calls and WhatsApp
  • Real-time order and delivery tracking
  • Automated WhatsApp notifications and follow-ups with end-customers
  • Integration with e-commerce platforms (YouCan, Shopify, WooCommerce) and delivery companies
  • Analytics dashboard with KPIs, reports, and performance insights
  • Inventory management tools
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where applicable.

3. Role of MyLeadDone

MyLeadDone acts solely as an intermediary between the vendor and the end-customer. Our role is limited to confirming orders, communicating with customers on behalf of the vendor, and tracking deliveries.

We confirm orders based exclusively on the information provided by the vendor, including product details, descriptions, pricing, and quality claims. We have no involvement in the manufacturing, sourcing, packaging, or shipping of products.

MyLeadDone is NOT responsible for:

  • The quality, safety, or condition of any product sold by the vendor
  • The conformity of products to their descriptions or to customer expectations
  • The outcome of any delivery, including delays, damages, or non-delivery
  • Any claims, disputes, or legal actions arising from the vendor's products or business practices
Full responsibility for products, their quality, their conformity to descriptions, and their delivery rests entirely with the vendor.

4. Customer Awareness & COD Protocol

As part of our standard confirmation process, our operators inform end-customers of their rights under the Cash on Delivery model. Specifically, customers are advised that they have the right to:

  • Inspect the product upon delivery before accepting it
  • Test or try the product where applicable
  • Refuse the delivery if the product does not meet their expectations

This protocol is designed to protect both the customer and the vendor by reducing disputes, returns, and dissatisfaction. Vendors acknowledge and accept this standard practice as part of the service.

5. Vendor Obligations

By using MyLeadDone, you as a vendor agree to the following obligations:

Product Integrity

  • Provide accurate and truthful product descriptions, prices, and specifications
  • Ensure that all products offered are of acceptable quality and match their descriptions
  • Not sell counterfeit, defective, or misleading products through our platform

Legal Compliance

  • Only offer products that are legal to sell and distribute in the Kingdom of Morocco
  • Comply with all applicable Moroccan laws, regulations, and consumer protection standards
  • Not use our services to facilitate any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities

Account & Data

  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date business and contact information
  • Ensure that all customer data provided to us is collected lawfully and with proper consent

Cooperation

  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and escalations forwarded by our team
  • Handle all return and exchange requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Cooperate with MyLeadDone in resolving any disputes or issues that arise

6. Complaints & Escalations

When end-customers report issues, complaints, or dissatisfaction related to the vendor's products or services, MyLeadDone will:

  • Receive and document the complaint
  • Forward the complaint directly to the vendor with all relevant details

The vendor is solely responsible for investigating, addressing, and resolving all customer complaints. MyLeadDone bears no liability for the outcome of any complaint or dispute between the vendor and the end-customer.

7. Refunds & Returns

When an end-customer requests a return, exchange, or refund, our team will forward the request to the vendor along with the relevant order details.

MyLeadDone does not process refunds, authorize returns, or make decisions regarding exchanges. All such decisions and actions are the sole responsibility of the vendor.

Vendors are expected to have their own return and refund policies in place and to handle these requests in compliance with Moroccan consumer protection regulations.

8. Payment Terms

  • MyLeadDone charges a commission per successfully delivered order, as outlined in the pricing section of our platform
  • Vendors are not charged for undelivered, returned, or cancelled orders
  • New accounts receive 10 free orders to test the service before any charges apply
  • Payment terms and commission rates are subject to change with prior notice

9. Service Suspension & Termination

Suspension or Termination by MyLeadDone

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate a vendor's account and access to the service, without prior notice, if:

  • We receive multiple complaints or alerts regarding poor product quality
  • The vendor is found to be offering misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent products or promotions
  • The vendor sells illegal, restricted, or non-compliant products under Moroccan law
  • The vendor violates any provision of these Terms of Service
  • The vendor engages in conduct that harms our reputation, our operators, or end-customers
In the event of termination, any outstanding fees owed to MyLeadDone remain payable. We are under no obligation to provide a reason for suspension beyond citing a breach of these Terms.

Termination by Vendor

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and any outstanding balances will be settled according to our standard procedures.

10. Legal Compliance

MyLeadDone only accepts and processes orders for products that are legal to sell and distribute in the Kingdom of Morocco. We will not handle orders involving:

  • Illegal substances or prohibited items under Moroccan law
  • Counterfeit goods or products that infringe intellectual property rights
  • Products that are restricted, regulated, or require special licensing that the vendor does not possess
  • Products that are harmful, dangerous, or non-compliant with Moroccan safety standards

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the MyLeadDone platform are the property of MyLeadDone or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without our prior written consent.

12. Modifications to Terms

MyLeadDone reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify you via email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the service and terminate your account.
