What exactly triggers the 10 MAD charge?
The 10 MAD is deducted only when a delivery is confirmed successful — meaning the customer received the package and paid the COD amount. Refused, failed, or returned deliveries are never charged.
How do I top up my balance?
Via bank transfer to our Moroccan bank account. Once the transfer is confirmed, your balance is credited immediately. There is no minimum top-up amount.
What happens if my balance runs out?
New orders continue to be accepted and processed. You'll receive a low-balance notification and can top up at any time. We don't pause your service — we work with you.
